I modeled this anatomy model based on Andrew Cawrse's (www.freedomofteach.com) anatomical sculpture. It started out as a class project, at the Academy of Art, and ended going much further outside of class. All together, I probably spent over 160 hours on this model and that includes starting over several times. The base mesh was built in Maya and then taken into ZBrush. The final sculpt in ZBrush was in HD at 32+ million polygons. I learned a ton by doing this and suggest others to do the same!
